Family issues like parenting time, parental responsibilities, guardianship, spousal and child support, and whether safety concerns or inappropriate behaviour necessitate a conduct or protection order are often difficult to resolve.

Deciding how to spend time with one parent over another during a holiday is a challenge for older children, I suggest watching these videos to learn a little bit more about this.
The Law Office of Matthew J. Van Den Hooven exists to improve client's lives by helping them obtain what they are legally entitled to — one client at a time.

Matthew is happy to help you with your Family Law and Immigration Law issues, questions, and concerns. Please schedule a consultation with Matthew for more information.

Unhappily married people with children will often contemplate if there is a “correct” age their children should be when they decide to get divorced.
