Parental responsibilities: A Court can empower one parent to make decisions and take actions without the consent of the other parent

Family Law - Parental Responsibilities

It is not unusual for parents in a co-parenting relationship to sometimes disagree. Occasionally, one parent may become unreasonable and an application may be filed in Court to allow the other parent to decide an issue or act in a manner that is in the child's best interests.
The Law Office of Matthew J. Van Den Hooven exists to improve client's lives by helping them obtain what they are legally entitled to — one client at a time.

Matthew is happy to help you with your Family Law and Immigration Law issues, questions, and concerns. Please schedule a consultation with Matthew for more information.
